Returns
You may return an item in unused condition and in its original packaging.
To start a return, email info@kauriandgold.com with your order number and tell us which
item you are sending back. We reply with the return address and confirm what
happens next before you post anything.
Return postage
Unless the item is faulty or was sent in error, the cost of returning the item
is yours. If the item is faulty or damaged, we cover the return and refund the
item in full, including the original shipping.
Refunds
Once we have received and checked the returned item, we refund to the original
payment method. Your bank or card issuer decides how quickly the money
appears.
Damaged on arrival
Email info@kauriandgold.com within a reasonable time with your order number and a photo of
the item and of the packaging. We sort it out.
